Ingredients

  • 1 jar 14 ounces pizza sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pepperoni (from 6-ounce package)
  • 8 medium green onions chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 can 2 1/4 ounces sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 4 ounces
  • 1 package 8 ounces cream cheese, softened and cubed
  • Vegetables for serving such as broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes and carrot sticks (optional)

Instructions

  • In a 1 1/2‑quart slow cooker, combine the pizza sauce, chopped pepperoni, green onions, red bell pepper and sliced olives. Stir to evenly mix the ingredients.
  • Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, until the mixture is hot and the flavors meld together.
  • Stir in the shredded mozzarella and the cubed cream cheese until fully melted and the dip is smooth and creamy.
  • Serve warm with crusty bread, crackers or fresh vegetables for dipping. Keeps warm in the slow cooker for serving during gatherings.
