When it comes to Dundee, Oregon restaurants, Tina’s is a true local favorite. Situated in the heart of the Willamette Valley, Tina’s Restaurant offers fresh wine country flavors in a warm, intimate setting.

In late 1999, my then-boyfriend surprised me with a romantic weekend in Oregon’s emerging wine country. Back then, only a few wineries in the Willamette Valley had tasting rooms regularly open to the public, and there were just a handful of restaurants in the area.
He proposed that weekend, and of course I said yes.
With a new engagement ring, we visited Rex Hill Vineyards and Erath Winery—two of our long-time favorites—and dined at three of the original Dundee restaurants: Red Hills Dining, Dundee Bistro, and Tina’s.

Recently I returned to Tina’s during a media day with Angela Estate. I had visited a few times since that memorable weekend, and the restaurant remains as lovely as I remembered.
Tina’s Restaurant in Dundee, Oregon

Opened in 1991, Tina’s was one of the first fine dining establishments in the Willamette Valley wine country. Located right on Highway 99W, it makes a convenient and satisfying dinner stop while wine tasting at nearby wineries.

The interior is cozy, with warm tones and a relaxed Oregon wine country vibe. The wine list is thoughtfully curated, and the food complements the region’s offerings well.
Food at Tina’s
Tina’s is open for dinner nightly from 5 to 9 pm. The menu is small but carefully composed, focusing on Pacific Northwest ingredients and flavors.

During the media tasting we enjoyed a tender, flavorful pork tenderloin with broccoli rabe. While that exact dish may not always be on the current menu, Tina’s regularly offers thoughtfully prepared mains.
Examples from the menu include the Duck Breast ($34), seared and roasted with a pomegranate-pinot noir demi-glace and caramelized onion risotto, and the Seared Scuna Bay Salmon ($33), served with a kaffir lime-chili marinade, purple potato hash with oyster mushrooms, and baby spinach.

For dessert we enjoyed a seasonal ginger cake. Dessert options often include crème brûlée, seasonal fruit or sorbet, and a daily chocolate selection. Desserts are priced around $10 each.
Wrap up
As the Willamette Valley continues to grow and gain attention, it’s refreshing to dine at a restaurant that reflects the region’s roots. Tina’s casual, cozy atmosphere makes it a great choice for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends after a day of wine tasting.
While older children may feel comfortable here, I personally recommend Tina’s as an adults-focused dining experience. Dress is flexible—nicer jeans and a blouse are a comfortable choice over daytime shorts and t-shirts.
Reservations are recommended for weekends and suggested for weeknights, especially during busy seasons.

Do you enjoy going wine tasting? Have you dined at a long-established wine country restaurant like Tina’s where you live?
The meal described here was part of a complimentary menu during an Angela Estate media day. I have also dined at Tina’s independently and can recommend it. As always, opinions and photos are my own.
