These triple chocolate cookies are rich, decadent, and easy to make. I made a batch for my kids’ teachers and saved a few for my family — everyone enjoyed them and the kitchen smelled wonderful while they baked. They are a guaranteed hit for any chocolate lover.
How to Make Triple Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with the white and brown sugars until creamy. Add the vanilla and then the eggs, one at a time, beating until fully incorporated.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing just until combined. Fold in both kinds of chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Drop heaping spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about two inches apart.
Bake for 9–10 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers remain soft. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to finish cooling. Serve and enjoy.
