How to make a Mango Pineapple Smoothie:
Smoothies are incredibly easy: add the ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth, pour into a glass, and enjoy.

Ingredient Notes:
- Frozen or fresh mango chunks — frozen keeps the smoothie cold and thick; fresh works when in season.
- Frozen or fresh pineapple chunks — adds bright tropical flavor.
- Yogurt (vanilla or plain) — vanilla adds sweetness; plain keeps it less sweet.
- Milk — I used skim. Adjust the amount for your preferred consistency.
- Honey — optional for extra sweetness; the fruit may be sweet enough on its own.

Directions:
Step One – Add the ingredients to your blender in the order listed.

Step Two – Blend until smooth. Add more milk if you want a thinner texture.

This smoothie makes a healthy breakfast or snack:
- Super easy to make. Only five ingredients—add to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Use fresh or frozen fruit. Fresh mango and pineapple are excellent when available; frozen fruit works year-round.
- Enjoy any time of year. Frozen fruit lets you make this smoothie no matter the season.

Make it a dessert!
Swap the yogurt for vanilla ice cream for a creamy shake-like treat.
Can you store a smoothie for later?
I generally don’t recommend storing smoothies. Refrigeration can make them watery, and freezing can lead to an icy texture when thawed. If you must save one, freezing is the better option and you can blend again briefly when ready to drink.
