Can’t make it to Disney for Halloween this year? No problem — you can recreate the magic at home with these Mickey Pumpkin Marshmallow Cereal Treats.

Halloween at Disney is one of those bucket-list experiences, and this year we finally planned our trip to attend Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. If you can’t get there, making themed treats at home is a fun way to celebrate. These Mickey-shaped pumpkin marshmallow cereal treats are simple, festive, and perfect for families.

Start by preparing a large batch of marshmallow rice krispie treats and pressing them into a 1-inch-thick rectangle. For clean, consistent Mickey shapes, use a Mickey Mouse cookie cutter. I picked mine up at Disney years ago, but similar cutters are widely available. If you don’t have one, you can cut the shapes freehand, though that takes more time.

Once the treats are cut into Mickey heads, melt orange candy melts and spread a thin, even layer over each treat. Let the orange coating harden completely before moving to the next step.

After the orange layer is set, melt black candy melts and transfer them into a piping bag. Snip a small corner and pipe classic jack-o’-lantern features onto each Mickey: eyes, nose, and a smiling (or spooky) mouth. Work steadily so the lines stay neat.

Let the decorated treats rest until the chocolate is fully set. The result is an adorable batch of Mickey Pumpkin Marshmallow Cereal Treats — a little bit of Disney magic you can make in your kitchen.

These treats are especially fun if you plan to serve them at a Halloween party or as a seasonal surprise for kids. They’re sweet, portable, and customizable — try different faces or use edible glitter for extra sparkle.

I love marshmallow cereal treats covered in chocolate, and these were a big hit here. They capture that playful Disney spirit without needing to leave home.
I’m excited to attend Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and see all the seasonal treats at the parks. If you’ve been, let me know what we shouldn’t miss!

Happy Haunting! Enjoy making these Mickey Pumpkin Marshmallow Cereal Treats for your own Halloween celebration.
